  • Communicate regarding pricing, availability, reservations, rentals, or services
  • Manage customer and tenant relationships

  • Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

3. Calls, Text Messages and Email Communications

If you provide your phone number or email address to Whitebox, we may contact you about your inquiry, tours, availability, pricing, your account, and our services.

Calls to or from Whitebox may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes where permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. We may still email you about your inquiry, tour, account, agreement, or billing.

Text Messaging Terms

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Our texts are one-to-one replies and service notices. If we ever decide to send promotional texts, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before doing so.

Who sends them. Whitebox LLC, 4420 Spring Cypress Rd, Suite 500, Spring, TX 77388.

When you may hear from us by text. Because we only send conversational and service messages, you may receive a text from us when you:

  • Text us first at one of our published numbers
  • Give us your mobile number when you submit an inquiry or request a tour, so we can reply
  • Give us your mobile number during a call, tour, or visit and ask us to follow up by text
  • Give us your mobile number as part of a membership agreement, for scheduling, billing, and building notices

What we send. Messages are limited to replies to your inquiries; tour scheduling, confirmations, and reminders; pricing, availability, and space information you requested; account, billing, payment, and access notices for current members; and building notices such as maintenance or access changes. We do not send promotional campaigns, offers, or bulk announcements by text.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your activity and your relationship with us, and we do not send messages on a fixed schedule. Most people receive fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Whitebox does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may also ask us to stop by emailing Info@whiteboxspace.com or calling (346) 338-7192. If you later want us to text you again, just text us or ask us to resume.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email Info@whiteboxspace.com, or call (346) 338-7192.

Texting is never required. Receiving text messages is never a condition of purchasing or renting any product or service from Whitebox. You can take a tour, get pricing, and become a member without receiving a single text — just tell us you prefer phone or email, and we will use that instead.

We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers and delivery. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and network conditions, so please do not rely on text messages for urgent or emergency communication.

We may use service providers, such as communications, customer relationship management, or messaging platforms, solely as necessary to deliver communications and services on our behalf.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our website may use cookies, analytics technologies, pixels, and similar tools to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve our services.

We may also use third-party analytics, customer relationship management, and advertising services, such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar providers.

These technologies may collect information about your device, browser, website activity, and interactions with advertisements.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, some of this activity may be considered “targeted advertising” or a “sale” of personal data. You may opt out of it at any time, as described in Your Privacy Rights below.

Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of our website may not function properly.

You can learn more about controlling advertising cookies through the following resources:

  • Google Ads Settings and Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on
  • Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info
  • Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools at optout.networkadvertising.org

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because no common industry standard for responding to these signals has been adopted, our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Texas law requires us to recognize universal opt-out mechanisms, and we do. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our website treats it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. When we receive that signal, our analytics and advertising tools do not load at all for that browser, so no analytics or advertising information is collected from your visit. The scheduling and contact forms on our site continue to work normally.

5. How We Share Information

We do not share your personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share information with:

  • Service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, email and text messaging platforms, scheduling tools, analytics and advertising providers, payment processors, accounting providers, and IT support. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors.
  • Property owners, managers, or affiliated entities involved in the space you are inquiring about or leasing, where necessary to respond to your request or to administer your agreement.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Whitebox, our customers, or others.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset.
  • Any other party with your consent or at your direction.

6. Sale of Personal Information

Whitebox does not sell your personal information for money.

As explained in Section 4, our use of certain analytics and advertising technologies may be treated as “targeted advertising” or as a “sale” of personal data under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. You may opt out of this activity at any time by:

  • Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor automatically
  • Emailing Info@whiteboxspace.com with the subject line “Opt Out”
  • Using the browser and industry opt-out tools described in Section 4

We do not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data, and we do not process personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We never sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to your inquiry, manage your account or agreement, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.

8. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you transmit to us, and you provide information to us at your own risk. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately using the information in Contact Us.

9. Your Privacy Rights

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents the rights below. As a matter of policy, we honor these requests from anyone who contacts us, whether or not the law requires it:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and request access to it
  • Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format
  • Request that we correct inaccurate personal information
  • Request that we delete personal information we have collected from you
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
  • Opt out of marketing emails and promotional text messages at any time

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Info@whiteboxspace.com or call (346) 338-7192. Please tell us which right you are exercising and provide enough information for us to locate your records.

We will verify your request using the information we already have on file, and we may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Opting Out of Marketing

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We do not send marketing text messages, and you can stop all texts from us at any time by replying STOP. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to your inquiry, tour, account, agreement, billing, or the services you have requested.

10. Texas Residents

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you the rights described in Section 9, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling.

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or by emailing Info@whiteboxspace.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to your appeal in writing within the time required by law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General to submit a complaint at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

11. Third-Party Websites and Links

Our website, emails, and messages may contain links to third-party websites, scheduling tools, payment pages, or social media platforms that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

13. Where We Operate

Whitebox is located in and operates from the State of Texas in the United States. Our website and services are intended for users located in the United States. If you access our website or provide information to us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and post the updated policy on this website.

Your continued use of our website or services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Terms of Use.
